Cauliflower Almond Veggie Burgers
(Makes 8 patties)
1 Head of Cauliflower, ground (3 1/2 cups)
1 1/4 cups almond flour (I ground raw almonds in food processor)
4 flax eggs (recipe on food.com) or 3 real eggs, if you prefer
4 TBS nutritional yeast
1 tsp sea salt
2 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp garlic powder
1. Make Flax Eggs if desired.
2. Mix all the ingredients together until sticky batter forms. Shape into 8 thin burgers and place on tin foil or parchment paper on a backing sheet. Cook at 450 for 20 minutes on one side, then remove from oven to let cool (about 10 minutes). Once cooled you can flip them and place them back in the oven for 15-20 minutes (until browned and cooked through).
