Seriously, one of the best things I make! For 3 reasons:
1. Healthy Freezer Meals are worth their weight in gold!
As a busy mother, there are many nights during the month that I don’t know what’s for dinner
and I have minutes to make it.
Pull a few of these out…and you’ve got yourself a healthy, nutrient dense, super tasty meal.
2. They are CHEAP! Super inexpensive to make.
Last time I made these (8 months ago) My sister and I came together
and put together 80 of them! Crazy huh?
We each took home 40. Our total cost for each burrito???
$0.87!!!! You can’t beat that!
3. They LAST a long TIME!
This burrito pictured above was the last of the 40.
Yes…they lasted me over 8 months in my freezer and still tasted GREAT!
