Here is one of our favorite FAMILY GREEN SMOOTHIES!
We love the combination of red grapes and lemon….oh- and the pineapple- so good!
FAVORITE Green Smoothie
▶ Red Grapes- 1 cup
▶ Lemon- about 1/8 of an inch slice- peel and all
▶ Pineapple- 1/2 cup canned or fresh pineapple
▶ 1 Banana (frozen or fresh)
▶ Frozen fruit- 3/4 cup (I like to use frozen peaches and strawberries/raspberries)
▶ Ground Flaxseed- 1 TBS
▶ SPINACH- I put as much as I can fit in my blender.
▶ WATER and ICE- I add these last, the amount depends on how thick I want my smoothie. I like adding ice- I like the texture, but it is optional.
Place all ingredients in high powered blender- and blend until smooth
