If you are looking for a fantastic breakfast (or snack 🙂 that is full of nutrients and that will keep you full, then look no further. This baby is a perfect post workout breakfast and is just the right amount for one hungry person (although I suppose 2 could share it!)
1/2 cup thick cut oats
2 TBS chia seeds
1 TBS hemp seeds
1 TBS ground flax seed
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Simply combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and allow it to sit for about an hour (or overnight). Then find your favorite class and add your favorite fruit. I can’t go a day without a banana!
