Newbie – Midnight snack

       Every now and again I get a craving for something sweet late at night (my midnight is usually around 9pm). Last night was one of those nights when I just NEEDED something sweet, I almost begged my husband to go grab something from the nearest grocery store… I knew if I sent him I would end up eating something I would regret so I looked around the kitchen, I was fresh out of dark chocolate. Plan B… 

Fruit Sorbet

1 cup frozen mangos

1 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 to 1 cup plant milk

1 -2 tsp vanilla

Blend in a high powered blender and enjoy… no really ENJOY it! This little dish of frozen goodness satisfied my sweet craving and I went to bed guilt free! 

 *This is simple enough that you can easily swap out the frozen fruit for whatever you prefer and adjust the amount milk depending on the consistency that you desire.
