A friend of mine shared this with me and I laughed SO hard.
I remember feeling on fire with enthusiasm as I transitioned to a plant-based diet. I read EVERYTHING, tried EVERYTHING and tried to cut out everything that was bad for me. I was convinced that the purer I ate the better I would feel (and let’s be honest…hopefully look :). This approach worked great….for a while. And then little by little I started to feel burnt out. So this video is to everyone that needs a little to reminder not to take life too seriously. Life is about progress not perfection!
