Guacamole
3 avocados, mashed
1-2 limes, juiced
1 tsp salt
1/2 of an onion (I used red, but green onion is good too)
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 tomato, diced
1-2 cloves minced garlic
Mix all ingredients together. It is better if chilled for about an hour.
