Broccoli Salad – Vegan


Broccoli Salad (Vegan)

6 cups broccoli florets (bite size)
1 cup of seedless grapes
¼ cup of sliced almonds
3 green onions, chopped
½ cup Vegenaise
2 TBS white vinegar
1 TBS agave nectar
½ tsp fresh grated ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all the ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl….it’s that simple 🙂
This can be stored in the fridge for 4-5 days.
