The more I look, the more I find arguments for both sides of soy. Is it good or is it bad? There are SO many articles out there, how do we know who to believe? I think the most important thing to do is find the source/writer. Then I always do a quick google search for their credentials. This article was written by, Kaayla T Daniel (PhD, CCN

This next article is written by John Robbins, a man I hold in high esteem. He has put his whole life into learning how to best take care of our body and the environment. This article is his response to Kaayla T Daniel.

I am going to take the info given here and maybe re-think some things. I want to share it with you, so you can make an educated choice for you and your family. It’s worth taking the time to read. The conclusion: Still up in the air…… I am still on my never-ending quest:)
