Alanis Morissette is a NUTRITARIAN!

Alanis Morissette is featured in the November 9th issue of People magazine.  She talks about how she lost all of her excess weight. It was awesome to hear that she followed a mostly vegan diet inspired by Dr. Joel Fuhrman’s Eat to Live book.  She talks about learning how to be HEALTHY rather than learning about how to be skinny.  She is now training for her first marathon…how cool is that!
