Maintenance – Tip of the day – Freezing bananas

Freezing a banana might just be common sense to some of you, but it wasn’t

that way for me at first.  So I’ll briefly share what I’ve learned.

First of all, bananas are best to freeze when they are speckled, which is when

their fructose level is high.  Simply peel the bananas and stick them in a plastic

storage bag.  I used to put the whole banana (with peel) in the freezer and

quickly realized that they are impossible to peel!!!
