Seasoned Unfried Fries

Pre-heat oven 400 degrees

Bake time: 40 min  

5 large potatoes chopped lengthwise into fry shape

2Tbsp olive oil

2 1/2 tsp garlic powder

2 1/2 tsp onion powder

2 1/2 tsp paprika

2 1/2 tsp chili powder

2 tsp sea salt

Place potaotes in a gallon size plastic bag that seals. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl with the olive oil. Pour mixture into the plastic bag, close the bag leaving some air in. Shake the bag until the potatoes are evenly coated. Pour potatoes on a cookie sheet and bake 40 minute, flipping them half way through. Allow to cool and salt to taste.(I try not to add too much)

*I also use this seasoning on other veggies. (squash, zuchini, and mushrooms mixed together) Baked the same as above.
